How to sleep after mdma

Was out last night and ended up doing half a gram over the night ( a bit excessive I know, but I wanted to keep going all night) been trying to sleep for the past four hours with no luck. I had a double JD to try and take the edge off a bit and help me sleep but it didn't seem to work. I have no weed either. Anyone got any tips? I have shit I need to do today.

Posted here because people on ED would just have a go at me for doing so much at once.
 
Half a gram is ridiculous ;)

Unless you have something you have to do tomorrow don't bother trying to sleep too soon. You will only have what I call "pretendies". Run a deep bath, but on some quiet tunes, make yourself a warm milky drink and dim the lights/close the blinds. Without the aid of valium or another sleeping aid you just have to let your adventure run it's course.
 
Is half a gram really an excessive amount? If you really want to last the night then you'll need half a gram at least.

If you have no weed or benzos then you're just going to have to face the day and get your shit done a little bit high. Eat plenty and drink plenty, then you'll have enough energy to see you through.
 
I can't eat for at least 48 hours after pills/mdma. I can put it in mouth but chewing it just feels foreign and unnatural.
 
Having water to swallow with will work. It's uncomfortable but you will get some nourishment.
 
Harm reduction at its best(!) but I usually just get back on the beer then when suitably fucked scoff a great big greasy kebab.
 
I went through 6 months of those awful mornings, lying in bed, still buzzing, trying to sleep, before I discovered the joys of Diazepam. (nowadays it's Etiz for me).

Crush a couple and you'll be out like a light.

I cant do any upper without a few Etiz to come home to.

I disagree, ive had 150mg bombs which will spangle me for the night

anyways, i aint got a clue. keep etiz or diazapam around in the future

If it's decent MD and not shite, just chill out, let it run it's course and you'll fall asleep no problem. MD is the wonder drug for being able to sleep afterwards, never fails for me if it's good stuff.
 
Don't just lie in bed doing nothing.. Time will go impossibly slow and it will likely make you feel shit..

Just get on with things until you feel like you could sleep.. I normally skip a nights sleep when i take any kind of stimulant and will feel fine (if not better than usual) for the whole of the next day..
 
I must be lucky, I never find any difficulty sleeping after a night out on MD. No weed or vals required, just a cuppa tea and brush ma teeth afterward then I'm good to go. Bliss.
 
It's easy falling asleep if you've had real MDMA. Find a more trustworthy source and test kit so you're not consuming half grams of unknown chemicals.

Oi, boys from ED. MDMA is a stimulant in it's own right, before you cop on about testing your mandy, getting cleaner stuff, etc.

How anyone can add a cup of tea shot with caffeine to the mix, before peacefully nodding off, is beyond me. Perhaps you've been binging for straight days, eh?

If the boy's in the UK & takes shit regularly then I'd be willing to bet his MD is legit. Your chat is nonsense. Maybe it is for you, it's not the same for everyone. I've never found it easy to sleep after taking MDMA. I normally don't even try. If I'm taking pills then I'm usually planning to stay up all night & drink/smoke all through the next day.

Away & rattle some "molly".

I thought Strutter_Gear or whatever his name was had sorted ED? I take it it's back to the usual bullshit from folly & crew? Fucking bad one when folk are actually para to ask for advice in the correct forum because the cunts that post in at are absolute roasters.
