how does a person do a sit up or crunch if there belly is too fat? Because I struggle to lift up from the floor.

Maybe you could start building core stability by doing "planks". Lots of relevant videos on youtube.

Thanks
My body starts shaking after about ten seconds guess im bit outta shape. How many can I do a day?

i would start by eating healthy clean food and doing 30 minutes of cardio exercise a day. or building up to that much cardio.

Try doing knee up crunches or oblique pulses, keep going until you're exhausted.
If you can do some cardio as well it will help.

Anything easier?

how do diet pills work and how long to take effect will they just take fat off my belly?

You can't lose just the belly fat. Fat distributes evenly as far as I know, so start working on general condition if you want results.

Only way to lose fat is eating less calories than you need. Muscle burns more calories than fat so it gets easier along the way.

There is no easy healthy way. Unless you consider amphetamine binges.. (don't, btw.)

Unfortunately, there is no real shortcut to weight loss.
You need discipline. You need to commit to change.
Understand that it is difficult. Accept it.
Realize what you have to do.

The fact that you're looking for a trick means you don't have the right attitude yet.
Losing weight fast is like trying to make money overnight.
Everything worth doing takes time.

Monitor your progress.
If you aren't reaching your goals, adjust your routine.
Either reduce your caloric intake, exercise more, or do both.

Set yourself an achievable goal. Like a pound a week.
Monitor your weight regularly and adjust your routine accordingly.
Try not to get too frustrated if you fail to meet your weekly goal.

...

Losing weight too fast isn't healthy and it can result in loose skin.
Stretch marks are more likely to fade, too, if you do it gradually.

Good luck.

If this is for real spot reduction is a myth. You're not going to lose weight doing situps, you're going to lose weight with a calorie deficit and burning calories.
