I tired to shoot oxy and dont know if i am doing it right i filled 1/2 an 80 plus a tablespoon of water in said spoon cooked it and injected it but only once got super high. Now my arms hurt and i have this huge lump on my forearm. I cant seem to do it right. How deep do u stick the needle in. How do u know other than feel it u hit a vain. and are your arms supposed to feel like bruised after?

Help. Plus i am afraid of needles. I do not do illegal stuff this is all my own meds. However, its a big secret that no one knows. I really need some fellow opiate loving friends in the NY Long Island area. I was hoping someone might wanna reach out 2 me.
 
it seems that you missed. i have done that once before with cocaine and let me tell you, its not fun. be sure that when you do inject to tie your arm off so your veins will be easier to find. and once you insert the needle, pull back on it to make sure that you put it in the right spot. if you did, blood should be pulled inside the needle. and usually if you do it right, there should not be a bruise or a lumb, or a very small spot at the least.

Jesus Christ I dont even know where to begin.

Let me just start by saying this, and forgive me for sounding harsh...
You clearly have NO information regarding safe injecting technique and you should not even BEGIN to consider shooting anything until you learn how to do it safely and properly.

The method you described "i filled 1/2 an 80 plus a tablespoon of water in said spoon cooked it and injected it"...could not be more dangerous.

You didn't filter your shot??? You just dissolved a god damn oxy pill in some water and thought it was ok to just shoot the resulting sludge in your vein? Also, you NEVER heat a solution when you are shooting a pill because it just causes all the shit you dont want (fillers/binders) to end up in your solution.
Of course you have a lump in your arm. You need to watch that lump to make sure it doesnt become a full on infection.

You need to understand that pills are not meant to be injected because they are filled with all sorts of shit (binders/fillers etc) that are extremely dangerous if injected. Shooting pills is therefore extremely dangerous and if you do decide to shoot them anyway, you NEED to properly filter all that shit out.

So again, before you even think about doing something this dumb again you need to familiarize yourself with safe injection technique.

do you realyl think you could just throw some shit in a needle and plop it in your arm and it would somehow inject into a vein?

The scary part is I think it DID end up getting in his vein....and what worries me is where all the shit traveled from there (lungs, heart etc).-DG

Dude, Don't shoot pills its dirty.

Oxycodone has an 85 percent bioavailability orally, you only gain 15% of your dose, assuming zero loss in preparation. (Flat impossible, you probably get about 90% in the rig)

Ok, moving onwards, you are nowhere a near the point of starting to inject, you basically know nothing about it.......If you must have an IV let a junky friend help you out, encourage them to explain what they are doing.

one word REGISTER, you pull back the plunger and blood flows into the rig, thats how you know you are in a vein, that and it doesnt burn at all when you push the plunger......

Tablespoon of water....umm when shotting we measure in Ml Units or CC's, tablespoon seems like a lot of water if your using a 1ml syringe....

You only get super high once because you can only get one "Rush" than the opiates are already in your body and you might get higher but not that "Super high" from the first shot.

No your arms should not be bruised at all.

Than lump on your forearm, put a hot compress on it, that lump is a missed shot, you did not hit the vein and the water/pill matter is sitting between your muscle and vein....

If this lump gets infected, and they do no matter how you try, than it becomes an abcess and you must tell the ER what happened, or at least go there to deal with it.

how deep do you stick the neede.....Carve your name in the bone for me.
 
To the OP: I don't have any input on how to shoot pills, but I'd recommend that you check out the Case Studies thread, which is stickied on the top of the OD forum.
 
dude you should really do some research before you inject anything again. when all i could get was morphine and hydromorph i actually was pretty stupid about it too. i missed shots all the time, never bashwashing not realizing how much risk i was putting myself in. now i'm extremely careful my shots are filtered properly and that it makes it into the vein every time. when it comes to banging pills, you really shouldn't mess around.

I can't even believe this is real. IMO even for an experienced IVer shooting pills is still not a good idea unless you know what you're doing. As said before, oxy has a good oral BA so shooting them is more risk than reward. Wonder how that arm is...
