just a couple of BL hints tho eh
1) no one says SWIM on BL...we know it is in fact u
2) this isnt blog material - why not check out BDD or OD for a question like that
in blogs we more tend to keep kinda like a diary - sure uthas reply...if u want that...but questions as such, bout harm reduction, r for the forums
that or if u bn reading someone elses shit and they seem to know bout that kinda thing AND theyre a mod (greenlighters can only PM mods) u cud PM that mod wiv the question
my answer to ur question - yes...its safe, IMO
if uve taken 4mg xanax and drank a 6 pack I hope ur no lightweight...thats the dangerous part (weed shudnt depress ur breathing much...but drugs that act on the GABA-system, like booze/benzos do so wen mixed esp if ur not experienced with them)
ibuprofen/asprin/tylenol r all safe - only take 2 500mg pills or watever the directions say on the box, and if u hav a dodgy liver choose ibuprofen/aspirin, while if u hav a stomach ulcer dont touch ibuprofen
on the utha hand, I see part of ur name is 'opiate' so I'm guessing u like benzos and opiates? (dumb question but hey, u called urself SWIM

therefore if u plan on taking something to do a CWE with, again weigh up ur tolerance levels to codeine as well as alprazolam and beer...shit even take in the alcohol percentage on the beers
thats my advice, tho if u had a wicked headache I bet u already figured it out for urself
hang round BL and ull get where to post wat in future
introduce urself in NMI once the heads better if u havnt passed out
