Opioids How to reach a vein when you have deep hard to find veins

Hi, I've always had problems with people trying to draw blood ever since i was a little boy. Nowadays, it sometimes takes them 30 minutes in the ER to get a vein. I'm not a nurse so wouldn't be nearly as good, but I was wondering if there was another way....or another place, to find a vein. Last night i tried for an hour to get a vein and failed majorly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Cause trying to feel good with IM instead of IV requires taking a shitload more of the medicine.

I live in southern california, but I don't know anyone down here really, im in southern orange county and theres a lot of people who party but i dont know any of them really.......anyways, if anyone can help me with this problem id be greatly indebted, you can also PM me if u have questions. You can use warm compressed to help bring the veins up. Also use a tourniquet, before you apply it let your arm dangle and let the blood pool in your veins. Apply tourniquet pump fist, feel for veins. Pull skin away from insertion site if you maybe use your knee idk i always have 2 hands. go about a 45* angle or less, maybe more if the are real deep. Mine are at 15* angle. Insert needle. Get flash remove tourniquet inject.

Warm or hot compresses make the veins easier to hit. Always swab the skin with alcohol or other disinfectant to prevent abscesses or infection.

So your veins arent damaged, are you new to IV is that it? If so, it just takes practice. Learn where you vein is. Then put the needle back right where the scab is and get back in the vein. You will need to rotate veins if you shoot frequently, otherwise your only vein will collapse and youll be screwed. I have deeps veins as well, but with practice i learned to hit them and I am way better at it than nurses who have tried to draw blood from me because I have learned where my veins aree.
