Heroin how to properly open heroin stamp.

hi im new so im not sure if im posting in right section but w/e here i go. my pet dolphin buys dope in the east coast so his dope is light brown powder that come in stamps. how does he open the stamp the best way so he can avoid wasting dope. please show me a video or explain really good on how to open the stamp and how to properly snort it so i can show my dolphin how its done. THX. EAST COAST POWDER DOPE ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
You really shouldn't be giving your pet dolphin heroin.
We know it is you that you are referring to, on Bluelight we don't use 'my pet dolphin' 'swim' etc as other drug forums do.
Other than that I can't help sorry. I'm in the Uk and our heroin doesn't come in stamps.
 
Do mean the tough plastic tape like stamps? My dope comes in bags that are like double taped over with some heavy duty plastic hard to explain but also super hard to open. It just laughs at scissors and sharp knives. Ive found that poking a hole with a ballpoint pen and dragging it open with something under you to catch all debris works decent enough for me.
 
The ends I have gone to to get a fix... Wax paper tape and plastic will never stop me dude.

Cut the tape if it's the thick kind. Unroll the stamp and pour it out. Rip it in half if you need to then once most of it is out cut or rip the sides of it and scrape it off with a card. I mean damn this is one of the most addictive substances out there and people dig through their own shit and turn tricks to get it. Getting all the product out of the fold should be the least of your worries. Use a razor blade to cut the tape and the stamp down the sides if you have to.

Sorry to sound like a dick I mean no offense by it.
 
Oh and if you don't have a blade a card or even a quarter will slice through that thick tape with some elbow grease.
 
Are you serious? Hah. You just open it.. Don't know what stamps you get, hah, but all the ones I've ever seen a 4 year old could open.

You can either just open it up and dump it out, or you can tear it at the bottom fold just above the dope. Either way works fine, but the latter way prevents air that's left in the bag from blowing away some of the dope as it's poured out.

Still closed.
