How to prepare kava (question)

So I got some "powdered root capsules 30% kavalactones" and a lot like 200 of them I got from a nathurist store,
but I've read you just don't eat the root but you rather boil it in milk or something so how does it go?
and how many? I want them to ride some nasty benzo paws and tramadol acute withdrawal.

Just swallow them if you have capsules. If you want you can put the powdered root in a muslin bag or old t-shirt and soak it in room temp water like a tea bag, swishing it around and squeezing it etc. That is how it is traditionally made. But it's not necessary.
