How to plug morphine?

I am used to taking oxycodone and vicoden orally and the oxy works awesome. I recently was given a little blue pill that says 15 on one side and it turns out to be morphine. I don't want to take it orally because i hear it creates stomach aches. Can I avoid the stomach probs by plugging it? How do i plug it? Never done that before. Also first time taking morphine. what can I expect from the results? is it too much for a first time morphine taker? Thanks in advance.

Hey HoosierDaddy, welcome to Bluelight!

To start you off, I recommend checking out these links.

BL Wiki Plugging Basics <-- start here

Plugging/Rectal Administration Megathread <-- then read this.

As far as what to expect from morphine, it will be similar to oxycodone and Vicodin (hydrocodone) but heavier and most likely more sedating.

If plugging isn't your thing, snorting is always another option. You're right about oral administration of morphine, it can cause stomach issues and wastes a large amount of the drug causing a diminished effect.

What dosage is your morphine pill? What dosages of oxycodone and hydrocodone have you used in the past? (I'm just asking this so we can get an idea of what your tolerance and past opiate experience is like).

I believe the morphine is 15mg. It says 15 on one saide and I believe ABG on the other. it's a small blue pill. I can usually take 15mg oxycodon no prob about the same or a little more with vicodin

Oxycodone is a bit stronger than morphine, and has considerably better oral bioavailability, so 15mg morphine plugged will give you an effect, again, it will feel similar but not the same as hydrocodone or oxycodone.

Morphine is one of the most sedating opiates, which is in pretty stark contrast to the almost stimulating nature of oxycodone.

Snorting, plugging and eating morphine all result in very similar (and unfortunately low) bioavailabilities. Eating due to extensive first pass metabolism and snorting/plugging due to poor absorption through the membrane into the blood stream.

Thanks for the advice. So the morphine isn't going to give me an extreme feeling more than oxycodone so that I would get scared from the effects then I take it?

The effects will feel very similar. Morphine is about twice as strong as oxycodone but because of it's poor bio-availability unless you are injecting it it will feel about half as strong.

Sorry to keep this going but will it hurt if I crushed the pill up and drank it with a glass of water? Are these time released and if so would that allow too much into my system? The pill is small and blue it says ABG on one side and 15 on the other

^We can't tell you if your pill is time-released or instant-released, it is against the BL rules to ID drugs....

However, you can google it and find out. If the morphine is time-released you would crush it up and drink water to wash it down...but you would still have the same problem with a lot of the drug being eliminated by first-pass metabolism.

Thanks. You guys are a vast wealth of info and quite awesome.:)
