What are the in's and outs of buying? I have little to no experience.

I stumbled upon a thread about using the tele/sms to talk and it was actually very informative, so I'm just curious about any other info I should know

This is getting a little close to sourcing, sorry.. we can't give you tips on how to score.

Main thing is to stay safe and use your common sense. Try not to use strangers and don't leave evidence that could be used against you (such as texts).
