how to maximise harm reduction - crack

i have recently started smoking crack, i know its really bad and i know i can stop but i am not ready yet.

What are some things i should do to reduce damage done to my lungs and kidneys and other vital organs??

i take 100mg 1nc daily of mylan minocycline everyday which is meant for my acne but i noticed it also will help with the upper and lower respiratory systems. Will this even help a little bit to reduce the harm im inflicting on my upper and lower respratory systems or does it not work like that? (mylan minocycline is a anti-biotic in pill form which u take orally)

i also take multi-vitamins everyday
 
poppa, you've been making threads about smoking crack for a while now...so you just recently started smoking crack? I don't really understand what you mean since you've been making threads about it for while.

The best thing to do is to not smoke crack, but, yes, vitamins do help.
 
i say i only recently started smoking crack bcos before a week or two ago i would only smoke .5 a day MAX and i would usually got a half week to a week inbetween hits. but the past 2 days i smoked like 5g maybe. Its really important to me that when i stop msoking i hvant caused any permanent damage to myself so i wanna take EVERY precaution possible. Sorry if my threads get anoying but im only posting about stuff i really need to know now.

will this mylan minocycline actually help my lungs clean themselves after a crack binge? will it help in the long/short run? or does it just not work like that
 
I agree with the mod in it sounds like you've been smoking crack for a while now. I did read your other posts and according to them you've been doing it for longer than a week or two. These threads are getting more annoying by the day-maybe that's just me being an asshole though and I do apologize for that but seriously, crack is bad for you. You say it's important to you to be able to quit but honestly, as with any drug, the longer you do it the harder it is to quit. You just get use to being in that state of mind.

For harm reduction purposes, and because you say you want to be able to quit, just quit. If not you just may end up a crack head as most other people I know that started smoking crack...and from your posts you are so young. There are better drugs out there than crack I imagine, but I have not ever smoked crack so I really can't compare ;P
 
Taking minocycline won't reverse the damage smoking crack causes to your lungs.

You've made one too many of these threads man, I'm closing this one.
