Obvious new member here, I just started taking Adderall, been on suboxone few months prior. I'm trying to figure out the best routine for taking supplements with these two substances. I will digress, I'm trying to taper the suboxone and use Adderall XR for ADHD purposes, I figured that's the whole reason I started using suboxone in the first place. I'm a special case, addicted to suboxone and figured I might as well get on it until I figure out how to quit.
Anyway, I just started L-tyrosine and L-arginine, a multi, and magnesium with chelated zinc........ I'm lost I don't want to do more damage to my brain just balance myself out before quitting, "pre loading" if you will. I would use help on how and what supplements to take at what times and how to eventually get off the Sub's. Again I wasn't hooked on anything when I feel in love with subs..... thanks

You don't need the aminos... as long as you eat enough protein. And get some vitamin D, as a lot of people are deficient.
