Opioids How to make a good fent spray?

How much water should somone use for 50 mcg of fent to make a potent spray. They have a bottle thats 20 ml.. will that be enough? They said they usually use about half of that but they dont want to waste any by having too much for thereself to absorb.

50mcg of fentanyl won't even make you sedated. And you wanna make a spray from 50mcg?

I think he meant a 50 mcg patch roughly ~ 5MG

To get an known dosage per spray, it seems like you would need to know how much volume of liquid each "spray" from your sprayer. Then from there we can just do some simple math, and figure out the correct amount of water/ fent. to be used.

It would be much safer to make a solution, and use a syringe (without the needle) to draw the amount of liquid.

Not necessarily, fentanyl nose sprays are a pretty common way of using your fentanyl. These nose sprays can be safe and effective. Also, dosing fentanyl via the oral route is major waste. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the oral bioavailability of fentanyl is VERY low.
