listen my question is this i dissolved a measured amount of 25cnbome freebase that is dissolved in water and if i do it drop by drop letting each dry will the blotter be effective dry any feedback helps

how to lay 25cnbome on paper quickly

Freebase shouldn't dissolve in water, from what I heard (and experienced) even the salt can be a little difficult to dissolve.
Doing it "quickly" is no way to go, you are handling superpotent drugs that can be dangerous and deadly so chill the fuck down, do a lot of homework first so that you understand enough to answer these questions on your own.
Laying blotter drop per drop is also no decent way to do it, you will mostly get very uneven distribution of hits because people cannot drop like a micropipetting machine can and that can both be dangerous and confusing to people that eat the hits, causing them to redose times when they have a weak one (which can result in overdose), or they can overdose right away.
Check the Psychedelic Index, find the Big & Dandy Threads for the most common NBOMe drugs and read them front to back.
THEN maybe return to discuss something that could potentially kill people if done wrong.

Properly laying drugs on blotter paper isn't as easy as people think. You aren't supposed to do it by dropping it on the paper. The whole sheet is usually placed in an alcohol solution of a specific potency, but you still have to account for solution left in the dish, etc. to get a good idea of dosage.

no no no I'm not playing a whole sheet all I'm trying to do is figure out how I can put some on to paper oi got abunch ttto play around with an I only did 1 hitsp well anyway it's dry now and I'll eat it later tonight and see if it works.. And I am very experienced with dosing out powderand it's very easy to dissolve in water if you just heat it a little little bit.I've done it 100 * and I've tripped balls to 100 timees using the heat then insulfation method I guess I'll have be my own pest monkey tonight . and if it doesn't work well I only wasted maybe a milligram
Then I don't understand why you called it laying paper in the title because it suggests something differently. If you prepared a volumetric solution (a drop is not a proper way to measure, with LSD I can understand doing it but not with this), and a certain small volume of solution is measured as your dose, then what is the reason to want to apply it to paper or any other carrier?
In that case you can just use the liquid sublingually / bucally.
A minor reason can be to minimize starting liquid, but soon your saliva will be abundant in the mouth anyway...
Also, don't start with a milligram. And your explanation/post is generally quite hard to follow... can you perhaps not write run-off sentences but clearly say one thing at a time before saying another thing.
And I really don't care at all how often you've tripped, it hardly makes it any safer (although the chance that you keep your shit together may be increased, still don't use that as a reason to approach any of this recklessly).

basically i started a thread earlier about how i dissolved some 25cnbome freebase into water (AND IT WAS A MEASURED AMOUNT) then basically droped it onto a piece of thick guage paper till it was dry i waited to see if the solution would hold up well onto paper and it did meaning im tripping now of the same piece so any improvements woould be wecome the easier to understand the better

I already expressed that I don't see the point of "seeing if the solution holds up well onto paper" if you could have just put the liquid in your mouth. And I have trouble believing that 25C-NBOMe freebase would dissolve in water, it shouldn't. I think you have a salt. Likely the HCl salt.
How can people provide improvements if they (or at least I myself) have a hard time understanding what your goal is for next time. We have complete threads on these compounds where people explain that there are a number of ways to administer a dose.
Liquid measurement is pretty much always the first step, you have that covered.
Paper or another carrier is only used if there is an actual reason for it.
Where to go from here?
Give it another go explaining in coherent sentences what your plans are. Or, if you are indeed tripping, maybe best holding off on that for a day.
