To reduce harm to me self an others so as not to deal or buy off dodgy dealers where can u get poppy seeds?? To. Grow??

FYI I believe this is against Bluelight rules. Harm reduction does not work this way. The situation is the same as asking for a new dealer because your present one may be adulterated your drug of choice. Besides, I'm sure a quick Google Search will be able to answer your question on where to buy the seeds and how to cultivate them.
