Opioids How to get the most high out of 5mg Opanas er

Hi. I'm new to this site so i'm sorry if im posting in the wrong thread:). Anyways, a friend of mine recently got Opanas 5mg er and he asked me how to get the highest out of them. I honestly have never gotten high off them but ive only taken them orally and they were for pain. I was wondering how he could get high of them and what the process of doing so would consist of:) thanks
 
I think those are the tamper-proof ones which theres not much you can do with, other than try chewing them and keeping them in your mouth for a while to absorb sublingually. If they are the old school octagons then they are the older formulation that isn't tamper proof and you can snort them.

Please note that snorting it is 4x stronger than taking it orally, so adjust your dose accordingly.

Haha. sorry i wasnt clear enough:D its the little pink/orange octagon ones. with the e907 or something like that imprinted on it in black. are those snortable?
 
I'm pretty sure you can sniff those, but it does still gel up some so do tiny lines at a time.
 
Sorry for playing 20 questions, but is that more efficient to get "high" than normally taking them orally?

Yes, sniffing it will get you roughly 4x higher compared to taking it orally at a particular dose. That's because 10% of the drug gets absorbed when taken orally, and 40% gets absorbed when you sniff it, so the math speaks for itself.
 
I have had great success with a "taboo" ROA. safer than IV (which I would not try)
If done right, plugging can increase the intensity of the opiate.
Haven't tried 5mg Opana though. Sorry
 
Fatty foods are indeed supposed to increase the oral BA of opanaER. I can't tell you if that works from personal experience, years worth of scripts went straight up my nose, heh. That, I can tell you, works just lovely.
