How to get Red Dawn in the UK (or closest similarity)?

I've heard Red Dawn is like a combination of a light shrooms trip and a light mdma roll at once. Just wanted to ask whether this is true or are there differing opinions? Also a way of getting it in the UK, or a similar legal high would be appreciated.

Note: not sure if this contains any empathogenic drugs so may need to change focus forums- couldn't find any that were about legal highs.
