How to get over the sickness associated with methadone - in time for Christmas eve??

Sorry about whipping up a new post for this when i could do a search but i'm sick and lazy...36+ hours ago i ate a moderate dose of morphine and then some methadone, which i dom'nt normally play with. i knew it was a bad idea but didn't know just HOW bad...now it's christmas eve and i've got stuff to do but I am really strung out - can't hardly keep water down, look and feel like shit, can barely walk in a straight line, etc. not withdrawl, just too much methadone. any tips for getting well FAST? PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN

Get some benzos xanax, valium ect if you can, some immodium, some clonadine if you can... Drink plenty of fluids.. Or fall on your ass and go to the ER lol... Otherwise tough it out. Good luck...

Do you have anything important to do? Family to spend time with? If so I would suggest you prepare. Methadone WD fucking sucks.
 
It sounds like this was a one time dose of too much methadone, not WD's, as the OP said. You gotta wait it out. All I can say is take a vitamin and drink fluids, but if you're having trouble keeping water down, then I don't know what to say. Maybe try some Pepto or Tums to settle your stomach a little?
 
What stimulant were you thinking? It could help, or it could intensify the unpleasant effects. I'm not entirely sure.
 
The op isn't withdrawing he's just sick from taking too much methadone, so OP DO NOT take benzo's it could be Fatal...
 
Whoops, forgot I made this posting. I was a little sick, as you know.

Anyways, I toughed it out, all in time for Christmas Eve and that shit. I don't think I'd thrown up that hard in over a decade. That's what you get with 120mg of morphine + 30mg methadone, no tolerance whatsoever.
