I have a question for you guys, sorry DXMKid420 if this is jacking your thread... its just a simple yes or no question...



If i still smoke weed but Change my diet (eat healthy, low fat, low sodium... so on) exercise and drink plenty of water... will i begin to notice an increase in marijuana effects?
 
^ haha this... i worked out everyday but my tolerance still built and well i dont feel like taking a break, just smoke more! or take small breaks like 2 or 3 day breaks...
 
Well if you excercised more often it will help detox your body better but if your just a daily smoker who has a huge tolerance sometimes its just best to bite the bullet and take a break.

Well I dont have a huge tolerance though, I mean the most I will smoke in a day is when I trip, and that would be lets say maybe 3-4 rips from my bubbler during the trip than smoke a bowl on the come down.

When not tripping Me and My girlfriend smoke a bowl between eachother at night and when I am feeling in the mood during the day I will smoke a bowl by myself maybe but normally my rotation is..

Smoke a bowl druing night time with GF.

Very rare to smoke a bowl by myself at noon, but sometimes i do mini hits during the day

and tripping is 1-2 times a week.

bubblers will get you crazy high. if you're looking to get DESTROYED then use a bubbler.
 
So you say that you get a small amount of weed, lets say enough to burn in few second light than just hold it in until you cant anymore? I don't have to be discreet with my smoking so would the 3min space still apply?

Yep, a very small amount of weed is what I took each time.
I suggest waiting for 3 min each time because the high can gradually come over you, and people often tend to smoke more than they really need to before they notice that they are already high. If you wait 3 min between hits, you will get a chance to feel it coming on, and not smoke any unnecessarily.
 
i read somewhere that THC is absorbed within the first 3 or 4 seconds of inhalation or something, so i dont think that u have to ghost your hits or anything... i mean i still hold my hits in for a long time and sometimes i hold it in briefly, eitheir way i still find myself baked after a good session..

Another thing is tolerance too, after a bowl or two ill feel okay, but if you're a pretty constant smoker like i am, sometimes it just isn't that stoned feeling.
 
Well depends. If you take a hit of a joint, you will only ned to hold it in for 5 seconds to get max THC. If you take a HUGE bong rip, you will prob have to hold it in more like 10-15 seconds, casue there would be more thc in the smoke.

EVERYTHING slimvictor suggested is what I do when I smoke by myself to maximize my weed intake.

Just pack a hit for yourself each time so no smoke is wasted. Thats basically what you are trying to do to get the most out of it anyway.

Waiting three minutes probably isnt neccesary if you already know how much you plan on smoking. I mean three hits is three hits. Waiting just helps you gauge how much you really need before "you are good"
