When I'm hard up for cash I've got a few buddies that will spot me for a day or two until I get paid. I always pay them back a little more than I borrowed and never bullshit them. Find some good people and you should be able to work something out. If you fuck over one junkie word gets out and your "credit" is shot.
 
Crime.

Prostitution for drugs, identity theft, burglary, armed robbery, shoplifting etc.

Also, you can start selling drugs! That's a great way to feed your own habit for free. You'll need some start up capital for that one, though...
 
Last I heard collecting returnables at 5-10c per piece is popular, if you're in the right state. Hobo once told me a full trash bag of beer cans is about 10 bucks. That can get you drunk or high, both if you swing it right.
 
Of course, the oldest standby for getting drugs without money, besides maybe robbing someone who has the drugs you want, is to rent out your ass or pussy for sex. Neither of these first two methods are good for your health if you get hurt in a botched robbery or pick up an STD, respectively.

Thus, I would recommend finding a good dealer who doesn't have a car and either driving him around on errands such as re-upping or outright letting him borrow your car while you chill at his crib or somewhere, provided that you have good car insurance and are not afraid of notifying authorities should your wheels end up in a chop shop.
