Stimulants How to get euphoria from only 40 mg Vyvanse?

The place where I am sitting.
I get 40 mg Vyvanse daily starting tomorrow morning, but I can't just have more than that. The situation is complicated. How do I get euphoria off just that? I know it's probably not possible, but I want to know y'alls' opinion. I haven't had any amphetamines since December 2014, and my last major stim(Focalin and Dexedrine) dose was May 2015 but nothing in between. I am currently taking welbutrin 150 mg. I may be able to cheek the welbutrin but definitely not the Vyvanse.
 
If you don't experience euphoria from taking the 40mg Vyvanse, there's no way you will,except taking more, but as you said you can't do that.
 
^I think he wanted to say that your question has nothing to do with harm reduction and thus isn't appropriate for OD.
