Opioids How to get benzo to potentiate methadone?

Yes, I know I have to be very careful whenever I combine the two. I'm on 90 mg meth daily, and I will only be using 1 mg Clonazepam to try this.

What is the safest and most effective way to do this? In other words, do I dose the benzo first so it has kicked in before I take the methadone and then wait for THAT to kick in, or do I take meth first, then take the 1 mg Kpin once the METH kicks in? I want to make sure I stay as safe as I can with this. I have no benzo tolerance, but very high opiate tolerance, and I have NEVER overdosed in 7 years. I'm always very careful and want to keep it that way.

Methadone has a longer half life than clonaz.
So to get the most out of it, take the done before the clonaz.
