Opioids how to get a good buzz frm ms contin

ok so my doc put me on ms contin 15 mg. I have a high tolerance to pain meds, for ex, i have to take 6 vicodin es just to feel it. How many ms contin should it take to get a good buzz? I know about taking the coating off, I have done that already. Is there a better way of taking them? I dont use needles or anything.

crush it into fine powder and parachute or plug it. I would use around 60mg to start off with.

I inject 'em, but that's obviously irrelevant here. If I didn't have a rig I would just parachute like sherm said. I guess plugging has a significantly higher bioavailability according to the internet, so if you've got the tools I'd pursue that route.

Morphine orally is equianalgesic to hydrocodone so roughly the same dose of vicodin you take will work for morphine, maybe slightly higher morphine because orally people often find it less euphoric than hydrocodone.
