At the bar on the top of every page you'll find "quick links" which opens a drop down menu, in there you'll find a link to the gallery, however the gallery has been closed for some time now so you can no longer make new posts there.

You can have your own online photo gallery, but Bluelight is not going to supply you with the hard drive space for it.
You should look into alternative sites. Some people have mentioned some websites, but if you go to google.com and type in "image upload service" or "image uploading website" or something to that effect, you will find a service which will have what you need.
As two excellent Support mods (who are both Senior mods :D) have already stated; Bluelight's Gallery is now closed, so if that's what you were asking about, I am sorry.

yeah, imageshack and photobucket do it much better than us, with no impact on our server space or bandwidth. and you can obviously link to those images in BL posts easily.
