How to fix and improve broken piece?

I have a broken 9 perc tree bubbler (as in one chamber, 9 parts to the tree perc). It's broken on the stem. I want to make the stem (/make a new stem) that can be used as a bowl attachment for another glass on glass piece(Still need to get the new piece, maby a bong?). Make sense? I think that'd make a great piece. How can I get in contact with a local blower? I live in Seattle, so I assume they're common. Thanks for any help, any other ideas are welcome.
