Getting out to the clubs and shows this weekend during wmc and just meeting people would be the best way.

I wouldn't bother with mdma unless you test with a kit it as almost all of it is fake bath salts

The whole concept of 'underground' implies that it's not well known, a word of mouth event. I've only ever been to such a thing because I was at a mainstream venue and ran into a friend who said, "Hey, come with me to another rave, this one blows."
