not really. in my experience to find lsd you should go to a music festival. that's quite a bit different, from how you might go about looking for cocaine.

first of all houston doesn't have music festivals. houston has rodeos.

so go to the nearest rodeo and ask them cowboys for yer hits.

This is what I usually do. Whenever I want to get back in touch with what's happening in my city I go to my local police station and request a ride along. When the day comes I just roll around with the officer asking him all kinds of questions regarding how I can become an officer just like him and also where are the "problem spots" in the city. Usually this works out well. One time I even got one to let me take a line of coke from the evidence locker in the name of drug education. Good luck.
