how to ensure a good mdma experience? prone to bad trips

before you say "you don't need to do anything, it will always be good", for some people like me that is definately not true. i know some people cant physically comprehend how one can have a bad experience on it but only the 3rd time i did it due to partially my own actions i had a terrible time. i was stressed out and had only done it about 5 days before (i was unaware about how you should have long breaks between at this time) and probably did too much. since then its so hit and miss with the stuff, when it goes right its amazing but its a 50/50 chance everytime. its difficult because the more bad experiences i have the more anxious i feel when taking it, making it more likely for to have a bad experience again. its easy for an outsider to say "just dont be anxious" but its a natural feeling that you can't fight after having bad trips.
i sometimes hallucinate on it, i dont like hallucinating its not fun its just confusing. sometimes it makes me tired and disorientated and i zone out completely.
other times i just feel plain weird and tense. i've had a break from it recently, and want to try it again now but part of me is terrified.

is there anything i can take before or any other tricks people have for avoiding a bad trip? i just want to be able to not care and enjoy everyones favourite drug :( i know for a fact that if i hadnt had that bad experience the 3rd time i would probably be fine with it but its just been a horrible domino effect since :(
 
Well its not really a trip with mdma,

I would class/describe MDMA as a Psychoactive Stimulant.

It is pretty difficult to have a bad time on mdma,
here are possible reasons of Dysphoria when you take mdma:

1. You have taken too much MDMA recently/ Altogether so its not giving the same effect
2. You have not taken enough MDMA to take effect (Below 60 - 80mg Of decent Mdma crystal, so ill say 100mg for people in america)
3. The anxiety when coming up can be nasty, especially for a first timer, ill say exactly what come out of a first timers mouth who was with me just the other day "I felt really shit man, i was actually just going to get up and go home and lay down on my bed"
Lol. I assured him he'd be okay, he'd be good.
4. You havent actually recieved MDMA, or the cuts in it are messing the experience up.


Important factors for a better time on mdma:

Good friends/ company/ people
Good environment,
Good euphoric music

well it sounds like youre dosing fairly frequently which can definitly make you feel bad... Also mdma should not really feel like a "trip", if you have real mdma you should not be getting insane visual hallucinations and irregular thought patterns as with traditional pychedelics ie lsd mushrooms. If you are not using a test kit its quite likely that you are not consuming real mdma, theres all kinds of nasty things in pills nowadays I dont even eat pills anymore unless there tested and even then I probably won't until someone else I trust eats them. but when you say half of the time its good and half of the time its horrible that sounds a lot like youre not getting the same pychoactive substance each time, buy a test kit its worth the money to know that youre actually eating the real deal.
 
Find some REAL mdma. its really hard to be unhappy when u have chemically induced happiness flooding your brain. I once was rolling and came up my car to find it broken into and all my shit stolen.. i laughed, said fuck it and still had a great time. the next day sucked tho haha.
 
First off you need GOOD mdma, once you have that I suggest taking a shot or two of alcohol before popping just to loosen you up and get rid of any anxiety you have. *this will dehydrate you further so I don't suggest drinking any more than you need as you won;t really feel drunk later on anyways*

I used to get horribele anxiety before I would pop, sweaty hands, questioning if I should or should not, blah blah blah. I guess it also takes some getting used to. A beer keeps me calm and chilled out, along with having a good time with friends and not really thinking about the roll. Sometimes I even forget I pop and then I suddenly find myself glued to one of my friends describing just how beautiful of a person they are inside AND out :P .....although a lot of the time I have had more than just a beer before that :P
 
Environment is important, you need to feel secure. Possibly try a lower dose and titrate upwards till you achieve fx which are good but not overwhelming. Make sure you have the real deal as opposed to some drone/mdpv/methamp/2c mashup pill. And consider taking a small dose of a benzodiazepine if you begin to experience fear or anxiety, be careful not to dose to high as i find benzos dull the desired fx of many psychs/entactogens I.E, 0.5mg clon, 5mg diaz etc
