How to edit profile

But I don't know how to edit my profile at all

I'm having the same problem. I can go to it but don't know where or what I need to do next. Someone help please?

You can Edit your profile and set a profile picture or avatar, among other things, on the Settings page accessible from the link on the top right of the page.

also, you need to do this using the full site not the mobile site.
