I’m very aware that GHB can be very dangerous if not taken seriosuly so I was curious to know how long the effects take to kick in after ingestion and how often to re dose

Effects are quick but dose without a full stomach. Circa 15mins.
You can redose at 2 hours a full dose but dont any earlier.
Get the not full tummy and two hours dosing right, you can dose all day only breaking for sleep.
I did this for many momths before needing to get off.
Then tapered down.
Alternatively, just dose every other day amd not produce any dependence.
Eitherway, dosing logic is the same.
No alcohol!
