How to detox off herion using subs but only to get threw the withdrawal part I don't

If anyone can help me plz I can't go to rehab already I no what I need to do did it before for 2 years but that was kpins not herion I just can't go to rehab or detox I have to do it at home but I need to know how many days and the dose for each day of suboxen but just for detox for the withdrawal plz if you can help

I was addicted to heroin for almost 10 years. I've been clean for 2 years now.
It is possible to get off of it.
It isn't easy though.
Set yourself up for success by straight up getting rid of your kit if you're a shooter.
Do not inject the subs, that is not what you need to be doing to quit.

You need to be in withdrawl, before you take your first sub...it will save you alot of uncomfortable weirdness that is precipitated withdrawl.

Assuming a gram or two of heroin a day...
First day, 8mg strip under the tongue.
Second day, 7mg of a strip.
Third day, 6mg of a strip.
So on and so on.....
As you get to 2-1mg a day, you can cut .5mg sections and .25mg sections as you feel comfortable.

This is a rapid reduction.
It will reduce most but not all of the symptoms of wd.
The best part is heroin won't work while doing this, so immediate relapse is futile.

You can also spread this out over a month or longer in a similar manner using each day as a step...if you have access to alot of subs.
First step 8mg...for a few days.
Second step 7mg...for a few days
And so on as you feel comfortable...

You can start with a higher dose than 8mg if it is not enough to stop your WD, you can also start with 4mg if you think it will stop your WD.
But....
Never increase your dose once you start to taper if you do want off.

The hardest part is the first year, man.
Change your habits, get rid of your dope friends, get some new friends, start a hobby.
