Opioids How to determine release of Morphine Sulfate

I've come across four MS pills, two smaller white pills with 54, 733 imprinted on the same side, and two small purple pills with ABG on one side and 30 on the other. I've read that instant release obviously provides a greater high than extended, and as such I was wondering if anyone knows what type of release these pills have. Thanks!
