Hello all-

I'm new to posting here, but I often come to this site for any questions I have regarding drugs.

Anyway, straight to the point. I have a bottle (3/4 full) of hydrocodone-homatropine syrup. I have my suspicions, however, that my brother already drank it and replaced it with generic non-opiate cough syrup. The label reads "This is a RED SYRUP." that's all. The liquid currently in the bottle is red, but red cough syrup can't be too hard to find. Is there a way to determine if this liquid truly contains hydrocodone (taste, home-test, etc.)?

you could buy yourself a home drug test kit from a pharmacy i guess but do you really want to be messing around with what is an unknown substance? why not ask your brother?

as the poster above pointed out we don't host substance ID threads as they're only perpetually speculative.
