How to deal with opiates nausea

So here is my question.

I am using codeine, dihydrocodeine and OXY

Now, in my country, all codeine are not pure, usually contain

120ml syrup contain
codeine 9mg/5ml
Promethazine 4mg/5ml
Ephedrine 8/5ml

I am using 240-300ml of this syrup each day

And now the government just band this form of codeine because there is too many people addicted to it.

So from now on, I can only reach dihydrocodeine and Oxycodone
And here comes the problem, when I using these two drugs, I feel a very unpleasant nausea feeling,
This nausea feeling didn't appear when I am using codeine syrup + dihydrocodeine + OXY
But now when I only take DHC and OXY, nausea almost cover the high of opiates, then I do a little research, I think the reason of I didn't feel nausea when I was using the codeine syrup is because the promethazine and ephedrine helps the nausea feeling

So, is there any way to deal with this nausea feeling now?

IDK what OTC in your area, but try to get the strongest antihistamine that is similar to Promethazine. You won't find anything as strong, but you can probably find something that will help. Otherwise try herbal remedies, ginger or peppermint teas are commonly used for nausea.

Lower your doses, or be more careful of your mixture it's possible that is why you are experiencing nausea. But other than taking like a benedryl (which can be used for nausea, just use one though) or some anti nausea stuff, their isn't much more than i think of.

I get severe nausea off opiates when i used to do them recreationally because with no tolerance i was doing too much, and sometimes i'd throw up, the nausea was real uncomfortable and kinda painful.
