I'm not sure if this is even allowed but nowadays with fentanyl, at least on the East Coast, people are using blacktop as a cutting agent (mannitol), it works amazingly well and it melts perfectly when heat is applied to the foil. Any other cut is inferior compared to mannitol when cutting fentanyl. If you were talking about real heroin, it wouldn't matter if you use manitol or not because you can't smoke basic powder heroin, it burns and smells like shit and there is little effect, it's not like fentanyl where smoking is the main route of administration with addicts as the fentanyl heats up and slowly melts until gone making it superior for smoking. As far as I could remember it with real heroin people were using quinine.
