for mistake, someone (SWIM) has bought 1 liter of 1,3 Butanediol (which is *not* psychoactive, while 1,4 is).
How can he convert it to 1,4 Butanediol??
He doesn't have a laboratory, but does understand some chemistry and can do something, if it is easy to do, using chemical substances that are easy to find.
