how to contact moderators?

when a regular user (like me) wants to suggest an moderative action (moving of threads, spitting, merging, renaming, deleting, etc.), which is the best way to contact the moderator team? private message? if so, how can one find out which moderator is the one responsible for that particular issue?

here is a concrete example: this thread is in the ADD section. first of all, I really think the title should be adjusted (see my last post in that thread regarding this topic) to make it easier to search the forum. apart from that, I am wondering if this thread might not fit better in the "psychedelic drugs"-section. maybe this should become the "big&dandy 5-APDB thread"...?

but if I use the mentioned function, I do not have to care about who is mod where, because the system should figure this out automatically, right?

^ yeah, it'll both send it to the mods of that forum and it'll be accessible to all the staff as well.
