how to come off Meth so someone can try herion

Someone smoked Meth about 5 hours ago and has run across the opportunity to try Herion. They didnt smoke that much Meth, probably about 9 decent hits. They still very energetic and awake. How would this person come down as fast as possible on the Meth so they could try Herion. This is the one chance to try it but they are scared of their Heart stopping.

Theres no way to come down off meth faster. Just take a low dose of the heroin, your heart won't stop lol. Go easy since you have no tolerance, maybe just insufflate a bump or two, inject some only if you are with professional tweakers/junkies who can dose you low. The key word is only do a little, see how you feel. You are at just as much risk of death with a speedball, do you know how many junkies speedball? Not to mention goofball. Either way please make sure you are with professionals who won't abandon your unconscious body without calling an ambulance or trying to revive you. If they have safety gearz to revive you (i doubt the junkies youre with are that pro) all the better.

Do you really need to be doing heroin for the first time if you're on meth? (also for the first time?)

A TINY line (like the size of your fingernail) will be enough to help you come down if you insist.

This already happened, and really isn't much of a thread. Taking heroin while coming down from meth isn't any more dangerous than using it on it's own, but we're still talking about two inherently addictive and potentially dangerous drugs. Using them together, they do have opposing effects that can cause redosing to a dangerous extent, but opiates and amphetamines aren't a particularly dangerous combination.

I don't recommend shooting for your first time. My way is to always try small doses and work your way up so just pop a bump.

Tell him to Wait tillhe is coming down and the heroin will bring him down easy and let him sleep but doing it with the Meth I'm sure the Meth would over power it quite a bit. It works better when you use it for the comedown

Yeah like Hues said, there really is no interaction between the two.. taking H after doing meth doesn't inherently make it any more dangerous than doing it by itself.

What you really need to be worrying about.. is adding a heroin addiction to your life on top of the meth one..
