how to come down asap

I took 250mg pill of pure tested mdma i feel so weird and uncomfortable, and i want this too end... this is my first time doing any drugs at all and i feel like my mind is going a third of speed my body is going, and i dont feel comfortable at all. what can i do to stop this or make it enjoyable please help?

how can you enjoy this? i just feel really sped up and like hell, i cant focus on anything and its only getting stronger... isnt mdma supposed to make you feel good instead of urgent and speedy?

Not really at those doses, most times at such high doses you feel much more stimulation than anything else, which can lead to the speedy "urgent" feeling that you speak of.
 
Im feeling better nowwwwwwwwwwww, guess it was one of thosses really power come-ups, im ok, really but thanks i appreciate it, :)...:D
 
Dont fight it, just let go its the only way with psychedelics. Whack on some drum n bass
