dO people experience the same heaviness with subutex..?
yes, yes and yes. but, as said thrice, dividing the dose, if you can manage it, really helps

Careful with the subs, man. Even people who were opioid-dependent when they were put on subs regret being on them for so long. Using it for an antidepressant means that you will be on it long-term. Realize that bupe is a relatively powerful opioid, and being on them for a while is going to mean hell coming off. Not as bad as methadone, but it will be a long, drawn out withdrawal, and the PAWS will be nasty.
Using opioids as antidepressants, as effective as they are, will just make your depression worse when it's time to come off of them.
I had a nap literally every single fucking day for the 3 years I was on bupe. I always felt great for about 3-4 hrs after dosing but then literally started falling asleep. If I forced myself to stay awake I was just tired and pissed off.
As soon as I got off that shit my energy returned.
well this is discouraging. I got on sub for the energy so I would not have to deal with paws and it's just making everything worse. Maybe they need to add a stimulant with bupe or something. IDk, but right now, the whole point of being on sub is nullified by the side effects. fuck me
snorting and subbing? huh? i talked to my doc and he said to take my dose at night instead. So I guess I'm going to take 2mg at night and maybe some more in the morning if I feel shitty. I'm not very optimistic but maybe sub will change that.......
alright guys, I ordered a big tub of acetyl l-carnitine and some other things like riboflavin, b12, and folic acid. I will see if itmakes any difference and post an update afterwards.
I raised my dose to 2 mg in the am and another 1 mg in the afternoon. I must say, my energy level and response time/alertness is MUCH MUCH better. For me, raising the dose helped a ton rather than splitting it! This is such a strange drug in the way it reacts totally differently in similar people.
