i guess it can't hurt to give it a shot. I bet it will take a couple days for my body to get used to the lower, divided dose.
yea, I've tried all those. I take dlpa and l-tyrosine daily and a large dose of b vitamins.
ok, I tried splitting my dose this morning (only took .9 upon waking). It's been a couple hours and I feel like crap! there's no way i'm going to my friday class this morning. Does it take a while to get used to a split dose? How long had you been on sub before splitting your dose AnrBjotk?
Not everybody gets the best benefits from taking the smallest amount possible every 24 hours I have been prescribed different amounts for around 5 years & if I am on 16-18 hour days from the time I get up till the time I get home, about 3 mg's every 6 hours seems to keep me the sharpest during those hours (alot of people will think I'm crazy taking this amount,) but if you are using it for pain management, not having down the right dose (for your own health) will affect how well (or bad) your day goes.
If I take 4mg's too late at night w/o working hard during the day it keeps me awake But for long days I feel the best when I take somewhere between 8-12 in a 15-18 hour day I usually take 4 mg's in the morning 4 more around 4-5 pmdid it take a few days for your dosage to level off and for you to feel more stable? I am going to wait until I take my afternoon dose to see how I feel. I think one day adjustment period is reasonable.

At the time I was put on subutex, I had already detoxed completely... I use it for its antidepressent-function.
really? I felt crappy on 1.5mg. .5mg sounds low.
well, what are the "other ways" then? I feel I have tried most...
