How to combat nausea that accompanies a bellringer whilst smoking crack?

Sometimes really, really bad nausea during/after the 'bellringer' sensation after taking a hit. Not just big ones, but smaller too, have tried holding it in for different periods, sometimes no effect, sometimes a full on bellringer (which is amazing, apart from feeling like throwing up) Not very clued up with this stuff so any tips/advice would be wicked. You could take an anti-histamine about an hour before? Promethazine is really good at stopping nausea I find.

Good idea! Thanks (I'm new to the site- after months of using it for advice I thought I might as well join! Was unsure if my post was appropriate/in the right place?) If anyone has any tips for enhancing the high that would also be great.

No, honestly, you're fine. welcome to the site. I find promethazine enhances my codeine, but I don't know if that's only for opioids? Promethazine can also sedate you a little as well. I'm weird, but I find "fighting" the sedation enjoyable for some reason.

Thanks PieceByPiece Will look into Promethazine, I have a friend who's job means they can easily sneak things home which is handy- I'll add that one to the request list and give it a go! Opioids are lush so will try with those, have only recently started experimenting with white!

I once took lots, really great amount of Oxys and lots of promethazine to enhance it but it sort of killed my high as I stopped itching and sedation was a little too much. I believe I took too much though. Don't know how much promethazine one should use for this..

Promethazine is a DA antagonist, like anti psychotics, and so will reduce the high from the Coke (DRI), though the nausea will be gone. It's also a sedative, so again; will dampen the Coke high.

Nausea when using Cocaine, especially freebase and IV use, is very common and I can't think of much to reduce it, other than less Coke.

Good nutrition before and during the binge should help, though.
