how to calculate millgrams of meth

hi so i did meth for the first time in a month, and throughout all the times i've done it till this day i can't calculate how much millgrams i do. When i smoke it, i smoke like 6 hits with no tolerance, and when i snort it i snort one huge line of three thick inches, so how do you calculate how much millgrams your doing? and also if i got 0.3g of meth for 20 bucks is that considered normal? i dont get this whole grams/milligrams thing

You don't calculate it, you measure it with a scale. 1 gram = 1,000 mg.

buy some scales, use the search engine to find a thread about scales, or just go to a local jewelry shop and buy some scales.
