How to be safe at work on hour 24 of adderall binge? (Physical Labor,need answr asap)

So I have work in 2 hours at UPS unloading tractor trailers in the middle of summer. Any suggestions that will help make my day easier/safer? I would love to call off but was sick last week so I can't today.

I know this is a bit late but just being out in the hot weather can make you dehydrated while on stimulants. Working and sweating out there will make it worse. Drink lots of water to prevent this from happening.

maybe some pedialyte then some water to stay hydrated and eat something

Hydrate up, eat a very good breakfast and lunch. And take frequent breaks. This is alot of strain on your heart. You also dont want to start cramping up
