How to Ask Doctor to Increase Vyvanse Dosage?

I was recently put on 30mg of Vyvanse and am going to check-up with the doctor in a few weeks and was wondering what I could tell him to make him think I need my dose raised. In my opinion, I do think I need it raised. usually take two to three a day, spread throughout a handful of hours.

So could I just say "it doesn't last very long, sometimes only 4 or so hours" and he would raise my dose? Or does increasing dose not extend the time of which it effects you?

Thank you in advance! :D

Hello and welcome to Bluelight. First off, we are a harm reduction site. We do not teach you how to lie, cheat or otherwise bullshit your doctor into giving you narcotics under false pretences.

Your doctor is trained how to spot people whose purpose is to get medication for the incorrect reasons. You will be completely obvious to him.

Now, all I will share with you, in case you have a valid reason for needing this medication increased, is to be completely upfront and honest with your doctor.

If you want to learn correct information in general, use the search function. There is a Vyvanse mega thread on here and much more.
Stay safe
