(answered) How the hell can I add a signature?

The title says it all. I used Google, tried to search Bluelight, and checked every single settings tab for the place to add a signature to my profile. It's nowhere to be found. Where is it?

regular members arent allowed to have a signature, only moderators.
 
just so it's clear, it's not a perk for bering on staff. staff signatures must be related to the subject matter of their forums.
