oral b.a. of amphetamine is dependent on gastric pH too (more alkaline = better absorbed), hence why taking antacids makes it more intense.

The figure I read at one time was around ~60% BA on average. It varies depending on dose, presence of food, etc. though.

plugging amphetamines ftw...

it's the closest to using a needle without using a needle, with amphetamines the rectal route is the best way for daily or acute use IMO

i tried plugging it i'd rather just take it orally to be honest how much of a difference should tums or prilosec really make cause i don't notice much of an increase in the high when i take them and is there a time frame in which i should be taking them

You have to take the antacids about an hour before dosing the d-amp. It will potentiate the effects ALOT actually. Keep in mind your peak will be stronger, your duration shorter, and your crash harder. This is also a good way to really make your tolerance skyrocket.

If it is anything like (or the same) as amphetamine sulfate, yes absolutly!

if the oral bioavailability is roughly 75% what would it be if you were to take an anti acid a hour or two before dosing
