How should I take these for the best time?

I have 1 red Adidas and 1 green raptor. Tomorrow I'm gonna take em. How should I take them for the maximum effect? How will the visuals and body high be. This will be the 2nd time I have rolled. The first was on 1.5 purple octopus. And it was amazing. How will these be?
