Okay so every time i use hydrocodone i do a CWE. That gets annoying and i was wondering if i could just pop 25mg or 30mg without using a CWE ONE TIME! Just once, would that hurt me? My main question is, is it safe to chew five 5-500 mg hydrocodone-apap pills without ODing on the tylenol. Thanks.

Oh and to the Mods, admins, i know i have made threads about hydrocodone in the past. Please dont tell me that and then close the thread because i want more than one opinion and the other threads where of different nature (how much to get high threads, which i know is against the rules now), and they were like the first threads i ever made. So just understand this isnt the same question as before and im not making a repeative thread.

The FDA recommends a limit of 4000mg in a 24 hour period. You can definitely eat 5x500mg APAP with no ill effects, but if you do it more than once every 2 or 3 days you are putting a significant strain on your liver.

Also note that huge doses of APAP can upset some peoples' stomachs.

K that was what i was thinking i am going to eat it all at once though not over a 24 hour period so would it still be okay?

Answered, thanks Sekio! :)

Stay within 4000mg/4g in 24 hours, and try not to take the 4g all at once to give your liver time to process it, and you should be okay. Be aware that it is a little over the recommended single dose (1g in the UK but I believe it is higher in other countries) but the main thing is sticking below 4g in 24 hours. As Sekio said, don't do it several days in a row though. Also I would definitely avoid alcohol with it, or anything else that might put more strain in your liver, and avoid if you have reason to believe that your liver is not functioning at full capacity (eg history of heavy drinking)

Going to close this as you have your answer xbloodwhipx, hope that is okay, send me a pm if you'd like it kept open explaining why :)
