Info How old are the mods here at bluelight?

I think it's just for interest's sake :)

Oh and for the record, I am turning 27 in a month's time, and I joined staff when I had just turned 25.

I think age is pretty useless though. I have seen people twice my age act like a 6 year old, as well as people half my age with the maturity expected from a 30+ year old.

LOL @ non-staff voting in this poll. Hoping to join staff by virtue of the fact being modded would increase this poll's accuracy? =D

i'm not familiar with Kubly or Kurbs, but i seem to remember 'masheadatronic' was about 14 or 15 when he first started modding here back in the day.

for the record I'm 41... and even I'm younger than alasdairm. :p :D
 
Well then he beats Kurbsly by a few years i think. i think he was like 16 when he modded up

23 here. I am not surprised to find out that most of the mods are in the 22-29 range. What's interesting is that we have more 40+ year old mods than 30-39 year olds.

Remember the perceived result might be skewed thanks to BL Crew voting - generally speaking we probably tend to be a bit older on average than the current mod crew. (If this poll was ran in 30 years time, there would be lots of Crew aged 60-70+, you know? But the staff demographic will probably remain the same as it is now, i.e. younger.)

One thing that is for sure is that the current admin team are much younger overall than they were even a year ago.

Reading back my comment, it does rather insinuate that the longer-serving members of senior staff are stupid, which was of course not my intention.
