Well after my 8 or 9 day GHB bender, I used approximately Phenibut about 3 times, only 1 day in excess of about 5-6 grams that day, and the last day I dosed was Sunday afternoon about 2 grams. It is now almost Thursday, and am just wondering how often this substance can be used 'safely' without hitting withdrawal symptoms? ![:\](https://bluelight.org/xf/BL_Images/Orig_Emoji/wrygrin.gif "wry grin :\")
Not sure whats up, but I thought it was GHB 'dopamine rebound' causing flushing in my face, and feeling as if I have a low grade fever at times as well (this also happened really badly in benzo withdrawal as well) It comes on and off, I have had numerous blood tests, but my face always feels so fucking hot. I don't have any other withdrawal symptoms, besides the 'crawling out of skin feeling' i've had this whole time even before using GHB & phenibut again.
